Our person-centred approach connects the people we support with tailored and multilayered programs and services aimed at enhancing social connectedness, independence and economic and personal wellbeing.
Our care planning and case management incorporates culturally relevant and collective strategies to complete an assessment and care plan which supports positive change in the lives of each individual.
With our staff are recruited from diverse cultural backgrounds and trained in working with individuals who have experienced displacement we ensure the people we support have a say in the decisions that affect them.
