Employment pathway services
How can Employment Pathways help me?
Wherever you are on your employment journey, our Employment Pathways team can support you. We work alongside you to prepare for, or to rejoin, the workforce by building your skills and qualifications.
We undertake a discovery process with you, to get to know you better, your likes, dislikes, hobbies, goals, and current skills to co-design an employment pathway plan that is unique to you. We explore what you enjoy doing, how you feel about starting work and what supports you would like.
How do we deliver support?
Our team can work with you one-on-one or in a small group, supporting you to build your capacity and skills in workplaces. Some of the activities include:
Participating in work experience opportunities
Exploring study and training options
Building confidence, independence and interpersonal skills
Developing workplace skills
Building confidence and communication skills
Finding a job, traineeship, or apprenticeship
On-the-job support
