You will have a dedicated team member to help complete all profiles, so we get to know each guest to organise a stay away from home that best meets your needs and goals.
You are eligible for NDIS Funding for Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Assistance (Respite) or Social and Community Participation. Rates will be charged as per the NDIS price guide. We are available to help you understand the STAA funding available to you in your NDIS plan.
If you are not eligible under NDIS Funding for STA and Assistance (Respite), we can arrange funding for emergency respite at no charge to guests for up to 14 days. Each enquiry requires individual assessment for eligibility.
