Current support model
On site day support staff and sleepover shift at night. Staff are trained in a variety of specific health care areas including Stoma Care, Epilepsy Management, Urinary Catheter Care, Positive Behaviour Support and experience in hoist use.

You are aged 18 years or over.
You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL).
You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
