Housemate wanted for a cosy home with plans to relocate to Granton/Moonah

This cosy, modern home features large, picturesque windows that fill the space with natural light. The open-plan layout includes a functional kitchen overlooking the dining and spacious living area. The home is low-maintenance, with secure fencing and a beautifully landscaped garden.

The resident, who will be relocating to a new SDA home in the Granton/Moonah region in about 12 months, is looking for a housemate with SDA funding (Improved Liveability) to share the current home and move with him when the time comes. The ideal housemate would be ambulant (non-wheelchair user), friendly, and have a good sense of humour.
