Bayside House is a lovely, spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow in the beachside suburb of Port Kennedy. It is located close to beautiful park reserves, schools, shops and public transport.
This home has an open-plan lounge and meals area, with a modern kitchen and breakfast bar. There is a bonus theatre room, a games room leading onto a protected outdoor patio, and a spacious activity area.
We are looking for one tenant to join our two current female residents, who are in their 50s and 30s.

Easy-care landscaped gardens, with a sunken gazebo and a 3m x 3m garden shed.

Limited accessibility, with a ramp for the front door installed for easy wheelchair access.
Current support model
Bayside House is staffed on a 24/7 basis at a 1:3 ratio. Skill set and training of staff includes: First Aid, medication training, infection control, healthy cooking and assistance in daily living.
Factors to consider when applying
Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure appropriateness and suitability.

• You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS funding.
• You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) an accommodation agreement.
