Every member of our team is committed to employing more people living with disability and we are thrilled to achieve Disability Confident Recruiter (DCR) status from the Australian Network on Disability (AND) for the second year.
This award clearly demonstrates Life Without Barriers commitment to providing a barrier-free and inclusive recruitment process for people with disability.
As a Disability Confident Recruiter Life Without Barriers has signed a Charter, making a public commitment to address the following:
As a ‘Disability Confident Recruiter’ we are committed to providing fair and equitable treatment for candidates with disability.

We provide key information in alternate formats on request.
We take role briefs, advertise roles, screen, test and interview candidates with disability based on the essential requirements of the role.
We communicate with candidates with disability using their preferred method of communication.
