Meet Christopher, or Chris as he prefers to be called, a friendly and social 40-year-old living independently with support from Life Without Barriers in St Marys, NSW. Chris fills his days with fun activities and has built strong relationships at home and in the community.
Chris loves going shopping, visiting the local club for a meal, and spending time with his brother, particularly bowling and lunch outings.
Chris enjoys meeting new people and is well-known at his local shopping centre, where the shopkeepers all know his name.

At home, Chris enjoys a variety of activities. He’s a big fan of watching cricket and footy on TV and loves searching YouTube for videos on building houses and sheds. He also enjoys helping out around the house with maintenance tasks and cooking, with his support team, he’s becoming quite the gourmet chef.
Spending time with his support team is a highlight for Chris, who’s known for bringing laughter and good conversation to any room.

Chris takes pride in his home, especially his bedroom, decorated with a mural of a big truck and shed. He enjoys the outdoor space, where he and Life Without Barriers' staff often sit, chat, and share a laugh.
