Let’s talk about belonging! Because real change starts when we listen, learn and lead from the heart.

Life Without Barriers is proud to support the Disability Dialogue, an initiative empowering people with disability to drive conversations, generate new ideas, lead initiatives, and advocate for meaningful change.
We believe that people with disability should be at the centre of the conversation. This powerful movement is dedicated to amplifying the voices and solutions of people with disability in shaping a more inclusive society.
The Disability Dialogue is set to bring a series of informative online events this year. These events are an opportunity to share stories, challenge assumptions and create space for inclusive conversations that matter. We encourage all individuals with disabilities to join the online events and share their ideas to help drive the conversation forward.

The Disability Dialogue is led by people with disability and brings together a diverse range of stakeholders, including advocacy groups, researchers, and government representatives, to tackle issues from fresh perspectives. We don't wait for others to ask what we need—we take the lead, propose our own solutions, and ensure our voices are heard.
The next Disability Dialogue event is happening on Wednesday April 16th, and it’s all about exploring what it truly means to belong. This event, will delve into the topic of belonging and what it truly means to connect with the community.
The panel is made up of Emma Myers, Professor Sally Robinson, Todd Winther and Tim Cahalan, they will discuss:
What types of support help build friendships?
What barriers exist to community connection?
How can we create truly inclusive communities?
