Our role in delivering home care services
We deliver care under a number of government-funded care models, including Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), and Veterans’ Home Care (VHC). We also provide private aged care services for those who are self-funding their care.
Applications for home care packages and funding need to be made through My Aged Care for CHSP and HCP, and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) for VHC.
Life Without Barriers is a home care provider, providing care under these care models. We are happy to help step you through the process of getting started and answer any questions you have.
Once you have received your referral, we can support you to access the care you need, delivered in a way that suits you.
